Questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Choose a plan and add a payment method. You get 10 days free; after that the plan renews automatically every month, 6 months or 12 months, whichever you chose, until you cancel.
- How do I cancel?
- Any time in Settings > Plan > Manage billing. Cancel during the free trial and you won't be charged; your account goes back to Starter when the trial ends. After a payment, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; payments already made aren't refunded.
- What happens to my photos if I stop paying?
- Your account goes back to Starter, which holds 100 photos. If you have more, choose which ones to delete before your plan ends, in Settings > Manage photos. Anything still above 100 on the end date is deleted, starting with your newest uploads, so your first 100 stay. Moving from Pro to Plus works the same way above 1,000 photos. If a plan ends without notice, for example after a failed payment, you get 14 days. You can download all your photos at any time in Settings.
- I joined with the launch offer. What happens after my free 2 months?
- Ten days before it ends you get a notice. Until it ends, any 12-month Plus or Pro plan is 10% off your first year. You're charged when you subscribe, since you've already had your free Plus. If you don't subscribe, your account goes back to Starter on the end date, and the photo rules above apply.
- How many flights can I keep in my flight history?
- Starter keeps up to 50 flights, Plus and Pro up to 3,000. If your plan ends, your flights stay on your map; you just can't add more until you're under the Starter limit.
- Who handles the payment?
- Polar, our payment partner, processes payments and taxes as the merchant of record. We never see your card details.
